Pricing and proposals

Know what goes into your water-treatment quote

We explain equipment, installation work and recurring care together so you can compare the proposal—not just the price of a tank.

What determines the scope

The right price starts with the treatment objective

A drinking-water tap and a multi-stage well-water installation are different projects. The assessment defines what belongs in yours.

We review the water source, available results, required capacity and the concern you want addressed. Then we account for existing plumbing, equipment removal, access, drainage, power and any preparation the selected installation requires.
Your written proposal identifies equipment, included installation work, startup checks and applicable permit, inspection or qualified-trade coordination. We distinguish a preliminary estimate from a firm scope and explain allowances rather than hide unknown work inside an equipment price. We also provide the selected equipment's written warranty information and maintenance guidance.

A useful quote shows what is included, what might change and what the system will need after installation.

What work does the price cover?

Check the equipment model, installation scope, removal, startup checks and any listed allowances. Keep optional upgrades separate from the required work.
✓

What happens if conditions change?

We explain unexpected conditions, the proposed change and its price or schedule effect. Additional billable work requires approval before proceeding.

What will the system need later?

Compare the care required by the selected treatment—not a generic parts list. Ask about consumables, operating water use, service and any follow-up testing; timing depends on the equipment and actual conditions.
Choose the right comparison

Compare equipment choices and continuing care

With whole-house filtration, connected outlets, required flow and selected treatment stages shape equipment sizing and installation work; the chosen filters or media also determine ongoing care. For softeners, measured hardness and household demand affect capacity and regeneration arrangements. Compare salt use and service alongside the installation scope, not just the tank price.
For drinking-water filtration and RO, the selected system and required output determine which faucet or appliance connections, cabinet space and drain arrangements are needed. Where RO is selected, include filter and membrane care and water sent to drain when comparing ownership costs. Well-water treatment follows the test results: the necessary stages drive equipment and installation scope, follow-up analysis and each stage's upkeep. Share your service address, concern and existing-system details through Contact to discuss a scoped proposal.
